Gross! Filthy! I have stayed at many hotels but this ine took the cake. The room was disgusting....we slept with our pants and long shirts/socks on because of how gross the room was. Kept our shoes on except when sleeping because of how dirty and stained the carpet was. There was an inch of space under the door to the room so we were waiting for critters to creep under the door. For it to be Smoke free the smell was horrible. The first thing I did when I entered the room was kill a roach. My 6 year old was disgusted and didn't even want to stay

Wouldnt stay again. It is a motel. Building was in need of regular maintenance. Our door had no weather stripping so bugs could come in and did. It was not clean. The plumbing handle and faucet were not secure and coming out of the wall.

10 point cleaning my foot... This place is run down and our room was awful compared to the price you pay for it. The light fixture in the kitchen leaked water, the shower was worn down and flaking, there were mystery stains and burn marks on the carpet (non-smoking room) , and a set of emergency stairs was blocked by a pallet. This place had signs for 10 point cleaning system, but now I understand that it was 10 places in the room they cleaned.

There were roaches in the room, and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. I had a terrible night and could not sleep.

Overall it served its purpose of a place to stay close to the base for my sons graduation.. But... Less than 15 hours after being there... on my bed, climbing towards me, was a cockroach... I asked the front desk if i could switch rooms. The answer was no, we are fully booked. I Asked for a refund. but because I booked though a 3rd party i couldn't. Then i asked if there was a sister hotel my stay could be transferred to. The answer was yes, i could check out but there was no refund and i would need to pay again full price f... read more

Wont be back Terrible stay.. room was semi- clean at first glance but not great. Toilet didnt flush, tub drained slow. AC was loud.. worst part though, was that there must have been someone chain smoking cigs in the next room over.. it was all i could smell all night and woke up feeling like i smoked a pack myself. These were supposedly non smoking rooms, but all of the stuff i brought into the room with me stunk up my whole truck for the rest of my drive.

Not even worth the cheap price Listed as pet friendly but had an extra charge that was not listed in detailed section of hotel description. No in-room or coffee machine. No ice available at all (even top purchase). Splatter of some kind behind toilet. Loud conversation right outside our room at 2:00 am. Cheap floor construction you could hear storm troopers as the room above prepared to leave the hotel at 5:00 AM.
