The room was not clean cleaned thoroughly. There was a sock

The room I booked had bed bugs in it . I got bit 8 times while sleeping

WORST HOTEL IN THE COLUMBIA AREA Jeremy and Ashley have the worst Customer Service I have experienced in a long time but they are not alone. I am seeking civil damages from Extended Stay Hotel based on the reason for the incident in question (mold in the bathroom) and due to the actions by the staff after expressing the concerns. I was treated like a black criminal, followed by staff, and harassed. It is unacceptable.

Sleep with the lights on Roach Motel

Unacceptable Customer service was horrible. Front desk workers are rude and disrespectful. Beds were dirty. Nasty stains on the sheets.
