The room was dirty, smelled terrible and our feet stuck to the kitchenette floor. The refrigerator was filthy and there was crumbs and bugs in the corner of the room. We cancelled our room hours after checking in and moved to another property. Would NEVER suggest this property to anyone.

The room was infested The room (looked clean) when i came in, one of the people that worked there opened the door while i was in there he had a paper in his hand. But shut the door back. The room was infested with roaches and i believe they knew it so i left

BAD news!! This was without a doubt the worst experience we have had in travels. Room was not clean, bathroom had no wash cloths, and a bug in the tub. The amenities were nonexistent...not even a glass in the room to take medicine. Trash was piled up in hallways. I am surprised that hotels.com has such a property listed. I am doubtful to use them again.

Just pay the extra money to go somewhere else. Bugs on the bed, broken table, no hot water at all, in sink or shower, customer service was terrible.
