The room stunk. Seriously stunk like pot. Had to keep the bathroom fan on and the window open the whole time. Tried to sleep with the window closed, and woke up to the stench of weed. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, and pre wrapped mini muffins, with warm, not hot coffee...

Uncomfortable The room was filthy; over the 3 days there the room was never made, no clean towels, never saw the cleaning staff.

Rude sarcastic front desk person. Front desk person was rude from the second we checked in my sister is disabled and uses a cane, I booked through a 3rd party so no room choice, often times we can request at check in and it's not a big deal if we can't switch rooms, I'm on a budget nonetheless, our lady at check-in informed they're no way to change our reservation, I know better, but I'm not upset YET, informed us room comes with items for the kitchen and to request at the front desk. Bad experience. Rooms are dirty and falling apart. No ac in our room. No engineer on sight no manager. Curtain rods falling, kitchen dirty and tables light bulbs were out. It was not worth the price. Manager if you see this review please get some employees. Thank you.

No breakfast was available any of four mornings I was there. Staff tried to blame Labor Day holiday, but I arrived Wednesday night. Kitchen supplies are not in room, you must request at desk. No ice bucket in room. Never again.
