Late arrival at 10:30 p.m. The bed had blood and other stains on the sheets. Was told by staff to come to the front desk to pick up replacement sheets...so I am supposed to change the bedding? #sad

First we were given the wrong room number. For a queen size bed we were given only 3 pillows. The bed and pillows were very stiff and hard. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogging. The "Breakfast" is actually a grab and go and they were out of muffins and coffee. All they had was granola bars and plain oatmeal with no bowls only coffee cups. But at least the room was very clean!

3 rooms with dirty sheets My stay at the Extended Stay America began with being offered 3 different rooms all with soiled sheets. It was late (after 10 pm) when I arrived and I was tired from a long day of meetings. I finally told the person on staff, "Would you stay here? I may be tired but I have a standard and sleeping on soiled sheets is not my standard. This is not OK (as I pointed to brown stains on the sheets in the 3rd room. The room stunk. Seriously stunk like pot. Had to keep the bathroom fan on and the window open the whole time. Tried to sleep with the window closed, and woke up to the stench of weed. Breakfast consisted of granola bars, and pre wrapped mini muffins, with warm, not hot coffee...

Uncomfortable The room was filthy; over the 3 days there the room was never made, no clean towels, never saw the cleaning staff.

Rude sarcastic front desk person. Front desk person was rude from the second we checked in my sister is disabled and uses a cane, I booked through a 3rd party so no room choice, often times we can request at check in and it's not a big deal if we can't switch rooms, I'm on a budget nonetheless, our lady at check-in informed they're no way to change our reservation, I know better, but I'm not upset YET, informed us room comes with items for the kitchen and to request at the front desk.
