Room is NOT as described. Booked a deluxe suite supposed to have one queen bed and a sleeper sofa. There is no sleeper sofa in this room or any on the property. They admitted their mistake at the front desk that it's advertised incorrectly but they are unwilling to help or cancel. Scrambling to find a second bed or air mattress right now.

No me reembolsaron mi dinero que porque lo hice con Expedía el cuarto tenía un olor muy desagradable la cama sucia el cesto de basura con basura ya en descomposición y en el baño no había papel higiénico , una experiencia muy mala

Don't go there! Asked and paid for a specific room. Couldn't get it. Room we got had mega problems. Lamp cord had no plug. Kitchen outlet didn't work. Kitchen sink leaks, water in cabinet. Hole in bathroom ceiling where fan should be. Refrigerator didn't keep food cold! Gap in door let cold air in! Shower scalded then froze you, back and forth. Beds were the only good thing about the room!! They transitioned into weekly/monthly rooms as we were there. Terrible place, wouldn't want to spend weekly money there!!

I was not able to check in. My flight arrived late and when I arrived they were closed. I rung the bell and was turned away from checking in stating that I was a "no-show". I had to find a place to stay in the middle of the night.

Don’t stay here. Upon arrival the front desk barely spoke English. First room smelled and was dirty and falling apart. 2nd room not much better. Noisy all night.
