Run for your pocket books sake !! Awe arrived early on Friday October 27, 2023 . The women that checked us in was very nice and accommodating. However, it snowed the next day and the heater was broken and there were roaches in the room . I have stayed here several time before that why We can back. Only positive is convenience. For the problems, the police presence, the cigarette smoke and the questionable activities on property, one is better off at a Marriott or Hilton. It’s around the same price and at least there’s restitution if a bad stay occurs like this one. Night staff is not great. Day staff is absolutely AHmazing. No disrespect. Had reserved for 4 nights starting on a Friday. Saturday morning I called because the shower was not working properly. After being on hold for 15 minutes the line was disconnected. At the desk i was told that nothing could be done until Monday morning when the manager was available. After much discussion i asked about cancelling the reservation but after it was cancelled i was told that I would still have to pay for all 4 nights and nothing could be done until Monday when the manager was there. The room next to mine had a broken window cardboarded up. The floor was not swept and the shower didn’t work. It also smelled really bad of cigarette smoke.

The hotel was oversold when we arrived we didn’t have a place and my kids and my wife had to. We all had to sleep in the car for the night.
