Had reserved for 4 nights starting on a Friday. Saturday morning I called because the shower was not working properly. After being on hold for 15 minutes the line was disconnected. At the desk i was told that nothing could be done until Monday morning when the manager was available. After much discussion i asked about cancelling the reservation but after it was cancelled i was told that I would still have to pay for all 4 nights and nothing could be done until Monday when the manager was there. The room next to mine had a broken window cardboarded up. The floor was not swept and the shower didn’t work. It also smelled really bad of cigarette smoke.
