I prepaid for a 3 day stay (May 12, 13, and 14) on May 4th. When I arrived at the hotel the evening of the 12th, they said they didn’t have a room for me. I was…and still am…very upset about this. I don’t understand how any hotel can have a reservation and then ‘sell’ the room to someone else. I will never use this service again!

NOT RECOMMENDED Old building, no breakfast as advertised. Did not have maid service and little to no hot water. DO NOT STAY HERE. NOT WORTH IT

I reserved a room and they overbooked for the holiday but I got charged for the room anyway. Can't get a straight answer out of the staff and they give me the run around. Marla at the front desk doesn't even know her manager's last name. Don't know the regional manger's name or number. Still owe me money.

Okay but could be better Check in @ 3pm. Room was not ready by 345pm. Was told if needed a room we have to upgrade for additional $ since our room was not clean yet. Did the upgrade, which there was many issues with that room we stayed at as well. Door did not latch correctly, no trash cans in room, unknown odor problem.

Got a room with a clogged toilet, talked to the receptionist only to have the staff tell us we would have to stay in the room overnight and talk to a manager in the morning and there is no plunger in the entire hotel. Room and utilities did not look clean.

Tried to check in all doors were locked & couldn’t even get in the building.. no one answered when I tried calling to be able to check in…

When I made the reservation on Expedia, I opted to pay for the room on the last day. When I got to the motel, I was told I had to pay in advance. This is false advertising on the part of the motel. I feel people would come here based on the fact that they could pay when they leave. Not so for short stays as was mine. Upon my arrival, no one was at the front desk.
