El personal del la recepción no me quiso cambiar la ropa de cama por que según ellos yo avía sacado reserva por solo 3 y que tenía que tener 14 día de reserva para ellos cambiarme la ropa de cama la cual tuve que dormir con las sábanas sucias y una señora mayor morena sin ofender que le faltan unos diente abajo tiene muy mala forma con los clientes

My room smelled like cigarettes, asked for a different room and 2nd also smelled very bad. Till the 3rd, was a bit better. But the hotel in general has a very bad smell and is very dirty
