The stay was ok but I wasn’t told that my bed size was changed before I checked in. Once I got to my room and seen I had the wrong size bed I had to go back to the front and ask why. I wasn’t given the option if I wanted to keep my room. So that was upsetting. When come to checking out. They did not have a Drop/return key box or oven even have someone to call for those who have to check out before 11am.

Bugs and light wasn’t working. Front desk made no effort to assist. Or switch rooms

One bar of soap and 2 towels No one at front desk except limited hours. Could not check out before 9am. No blanket on bed. Absolutely nothing to recommend.

Our refrigerator didn’t work, our card was deactivated, and also the lady at the front desk was extremely rude

There was a lot of dust under the bathroom sink on the wood shelf. And the desk area formica was torn up.
