Reservation was for 4 people in the room. 2 towels, 2 washcloths, 1 bath mat. Had to pay for more towels. Towel bar was falling apart. No drain plug in the bathtub. Carpet was very dirty and bad smell in the hallway and in the room. Bathroom was unfinished. There was no baseboard on 1 wall. Caulk around the toilet was not even touching the toilet! They need to pay more attention to the condition of the rooms before renting them out!

There are things going on this property, specifically outside parking lot, is not safe for family.

I stayed a night with my 7 year old daughter.. there was human hair in the bed, bugs in the bathroom, corners, and floor. The wall were stained with food. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on the mattress without being fully clothed. The door to my room 141 is broken. Highly unsatisfactory.

Be warned that this facility does not provide any amenities. We were totally caught off guard by there being no bottle of shampoo in the room. We had to be at the hospital at 6:15 am for a surgery and the front desk is closed without any personal. So we had to run to CVS at 5:00am. Not cool and it left us with a bad taste in our mouth for this property.

Extended Stay Bait & Switch Checked in at 6:30pm on the 24th, left immediately for business, returned to the room @ 10:30pm to find no remote for tv. Called the front desk got central booking, was informed front desk was closed and individual on premises wasn't responding. I departed the hotel at 9am on the 25th, the front desk was closed. The hotel was extremely dated; iron was broke in room, refrigerator did not work, there were not enough towels, and there was too much smoke. The cleanliness needs to improve. I canceled my reservation after one night and received a refund.
