The sheets in the first room that they give us had yellow stains and were dirty. The pillows had a sweating 😓 smell from previous people. You enter the room and it the smell comes in your face right away . Disappointed .

The front desk personel were rude especially when I was checking out.

I was put in a room that had a terribly strong odor of disinfectant. I don’t know what it was trying to cover up but the carpeting was even wet from it. My eyes were watering the whole night. The next morning they were able to move me into another room. It was fine. There were no printers to print my boarding pass....

My husband and I stayed at this hotel because it was close to the venue for a concert we attended and it was affordable. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, uncomfortable bed, and granola bars were the only option for breakfast. Luckily it was just one night!!! We will not pick this place again for future stays in Sterling Heights for concerts

No coffee, front door was broken and just lying outside
