This place was so nasty I wanted a refund, first room I check in I pulled the sheets bk it’s hair in the bed. I go in to the bathroom to use it, it’s cigarettes ashes in the toilet. They changed me to another room it smelt just like cigarettes this is a non smoking room the bathroom door closed soon as I opened I smelt cigarettes the tub was Dingy ugh I literally didn’t feel like arguing so I used my coat as a pillow cover the pillows had make up stains. Booked a room for family of 6, upon arrival we got a room with 2 queens. 2 had to sleep on the floor and chair. Found roaches, and big stains in the carpet. Tap was very loose, almost came off. Toilet paper roll doesnt fit its fixture. Missing light bulbs from lamps, and proken power cables. Tv did not work and remote had no batteries Check in lady was un professional, rude. I do not usually review, however, I must review this property. I stayed for a weekend and was beyond disappointed. I stay at hotels frequently and this has to be one of the worse hotels I've stayed at. When we first walked in, the hallway smelled like cat food; it really smelled horrible. Walking into the room, I saw a hole in the wall that seems to be from where the door handle hit the wall. We got 2 microwaves in the room and neither one of them work and the bathroom cold water don’t work, these rooms need an upgrade and these hallways need an upgrade as well not worth the money
