I reserved a Non-smoking room but the room I got said on the door Non-smoking but the room had an extreme, heavy send of cigarette smoke.

Hotels.com should not list this property The room was rundown, and smelled of stale smoke despite the no smoking sign. There was a stove in the kitchenette but no pot, pan, plate, or dish - not even a disposable cup - so it's a mystery how one would use it. The elevator was broken, making my third floor room a challenge with luggage. Trash overflowed the stairways. No hairdryer. Ugh!

in a seedy location... you can tell people live there full time... there was an over-abundance of garbage..we were on the 3rd floor...no working elevators..crime scene tape hanging from the railing.. the room smelled horrible..1960's hotplate... the furniture was VERY old and falling apart.. the light fixture fell off the ceiling in the middle of the night.. the bedding was old with several burn marks in them... the screens were busted out of the windows.. we slept very little...we left after the 1st night..if it wasnt so la... read more
