The reservation with hotels.com was not forwarded to the hotel as made (it was supposed to be two rooms, but only one was on file when I arrived). The rooms were clean, but in a state of disrepair, and even though they were listed as non-smoking, the original rooms provided smelled horribly from smoke. The hotel staff are unfriendly, dirty corridor , broken shower . A lady worked over there is completely stupid.

The room had no towels, rags, or cover on the bed. I tried to use the room phone to contact housekeeping the phone didn’t work. The office said they would have housekeeping and maintenance come to fix all the problems. No one ever came. Also on the day of checking in I was told I had to make an deposit on top of already paying for my room. When I asked was this just something that this location does. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Super dirty, it smells like cigarettes and everything is broken. Do not stay here!!

Disgusting property! From the outside to inside horrible!!! The entire building needs to be torn down and remodeled. Cleaning staff sucks !!
