Experience bed bugs . Trash under seat. Have photos of a bug, bite marks, & trash. *Im still awaiting a response from the hotel.

Wifi never worked was there 5 days Room was nasty Bathroom dirty Never got any clean towels 1 roll toilet paper whole time there went bought some myself Place was disgusting

Hotel needs renovating First I had to wait for staff to check in, then upon checking in they required a $100 hold on my acct for incentives. The rooms are not up to par on cleanliness and needs to be renovated as the room looked ran down and old and has an old smell to it. I’m still waiting for my funds to be released and have called but no one will return my call. Very unhappy and I will never stay there again. This property was noisy and filled with drug addicts.

Hotel was terrible!!! The tv did not work! The furniture was very outdated. The bed had a different size mattress with a bigger frame that didn’t fit. There was a huge hole in the wall that looked like it had been plastered only to be destroyed again! Beds in the bathroom, bed linen outdated and smelled horrible and carpet filthy. This hotel is not livable and shouldn’t rent out rooms until everything is fixed!!

DON'T STAY HERE Absolutely NASTY & DIRTY I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN stink, dirty shower curtain & curtains floor was so dirty that my babies white socks were black n a few minutes.

The perimeter and the room were extremely dirty. Piles of trash on the staircase. Heavy smell of tobacco and drugs in the room. Dirty and torn bed sheets, impolite staff who wouldn’t even raise their heads when talking to you. They didn’t even have enough soap and shampoo! The worst experience I have ever had!

Terrible and the worst hotel This hotel is the worst hotel I had lived, smoking smell in the room, bathroom ceiling was dropped, unable to get internet by my apple notebook, have to wait 3 pm to check in .... I hope you to choose other hotels and do not have the same experience as me.
