I didn’t get my monies worth. There was hair in the bath tub. I chose this property because it had a kitchen. But there were no dishes, pots and pans, plates,etc. I feel I didn’t get my money worth and I couldn’t prepare a meal as I planned to. I called the front desk and the manager stated that he had to order them.

Beyond minimal No,idea this hotel offered nothing but shower, water, AC, bed and tv. Internet access was a joke, bed was small and on wheels, kitchen had nothing to cook with including no coffee pot, no sitting room. Had I known what little this stay would offer I would have cancelled my stay. E trembly disappointed with this choice. Will never stay at this chain again. Worst Hotel Out of all of the hotels I have been to this has been the only terrible experience I have had. To begin the beds were very uncomfortable and there was no room service. So the bed sheets were never changed and we did not get any clean towels. We had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels every time. There wasn't always a person at the front desk like there has been in other hotels I've stayed in. HORRIBLE HOTEL HOSPITALITY My stay at this particular hotel was horrible. I had a weekend stay at this particular hotel ( Woodspring Suites ) and was checked into my room and checked out of my room and had to be checked back into my room again because of how my reservations was shown in the computer. What a rip-off! We booked this hotel for an overnight stay before leaving on a cruise the next morning. We knew it was called an "extended stay" hotel but did not expect that it would be totally lacking in the standard hotel amenities. It did have what they called a kitchen, but there were no dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and NO COFFEE POT--only two plastic cups like you find in all hotel rooms! Middle to lower scale of lodging The bathroom was infested with German Roaches. Towels were worn. The room smelled of tobacco smoke. Load and noisy people in nearby rooms and outside areas.

Ugh! Just don't! We arrived at about 10pm. We were told that our room wasn't clean. It took 2 hours for them to get it clean. Even then, there were no supplies. We needed to go hunting for soap, cups, etc. While waiting for them to clean our room, we were waiting in probably the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen in the U.S.. Really, ugh!

Should have read the reviews carefully. We walked in the room and there were three roaches on the wall. Other than that everything was clean. There was no one at the front desk. I’m glad we only needed to stay one night. It seems this is not a traditional type hotel. The people staying there are appear to be long term visitors. They were very nice though.
