Business trip This facility is more a boarding house. No Breakfast or coffee. Some person upstairs from me watched a loud TV until 1am. Same person liked to slam the windows shut. Too many dogs for my liking. I will not stay here again, nor will I suggest to anyone.

Birthday trip The check in was at 3, I made around 4 and the room was not ready. Prices are too expensive for bad service

Gave my room away I book a room at this hotel for a Saturday night as I was working in the area,when I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. after a long day of working I was told they had no room for me it had a maintenance issue and they couldn't help me.This was after my room was pre-paid and the manager told me if I had gotten there earlier I would of had a room which i then stated you gave my room away and his answer was no. I wouldn't stay here if the room was free

Roach infested The room had a roach infestation. I did not sleep there, but the bed looked small and uncomfortable. Overall, it was not at all what I expected. It was too expensive for the quality.

Owner needs to pat attention The front desk staff was nice, but my room had an unflushed toilet , my friends roomhad no pillowcase. Each room had a kitchen but zero equipment, not a coffee pot etc There is no true lobby, its weird. It seems the owners need to wake up and give this place some attention. Fast.

Don’t stay with family or don’t expect as a hotel Worst staying ever ... the building looks nice but the service and the rooms are in bad maintenance ... and smelly ..... this is a building for weekly staying not for hotel service... they didn’t clean the rooms daily ... people just love there and don’t take care of the rooms. Guy rude.
