Worse hotel experience in my life. Very loud and unruly people. Loud shouts, fighting at 3 AM that the police had to be called. The room is just a shell with no toiletries.. very disgusting. Do not waste your money.

0/10 do not recommend. Property is dirty, smelly, ran down. Dirty sheets, stained walls, filthy bathroom, terrible check in/out process. Extended stay has just went down to nothing.

When I showed up to check in at 12:48 they wouldn’t open the window to check me in but I could hear the employees back there laughing. Stayed for an hour trying to check in my room then finally gave up and went to another hotel

I did not get the chance to experience your hotel because after booking and making my payment for two nights I was told at the time of check in that there were no rooms available and I would need to contact my booking agent for a refund. How can that be after my money was collected and room confirmed. My experience is the reason I would never attempt a stay at this business ever. I need to for my full refund to be issued.

Horrible service. Paid for the room and arrived on time and then they stated my room was given away. I don’t have a place to stay and stuck for hours out in the streets with my son. The front desk personnel had no empathy and shut the door in our faces. Do NOT “reserve” anything with them!

Overbooked, no room for me that I had already reserved and paid for People hanging out smoking drugs…lobby smelled like it too Very loud, rude and swearing Property was very dirty with trash everywhere

Extended Stay: no pot, no plates, no utensils, no ice maker in the fridge. This a Motel 6 that charges for a lousy room.

I checked in, and immediately complained that my bed was dirty and that it seemed like it had not been cleaned. I have pictures of the bed with dirt and grime and other things on it as well as the toilet paper roll looking to have been used upon arrival. After I brought my complaints forward to the front desk, I was told nothing could be done for me as that was all they had. I also complained that there was no water pressure from my sink, nor my shower making it near impossible to shower or use basic toiletries. When trying ... read more
