I arrived at the hotel to be turned away because they had no available rooms even though they took my payment and now I am waiting for the hotel to approve a refund that they caused.

The service at hotel was terrible. 2 hours without reception desk on arrival and when the apartment key had problem. Also, there were no towel and pots at room.. long time requesting and being attended. It is on my blacklist hotel duly advised for my company to never back with executive anymore.

This is by far my worst experience. The room was full of roaches all sizes dead and alive. I had my mom and daughter checked in and they called to tell me they need to change room. They requested a change room, however they said there was none available and no house cleaning available at the time. We had to clean it up ourselves only to realize it was worse, they were everywhere.. They were bugs even in the beds. We had to leave and find another hotel.
