terrible experience won't be back My room xard didn't work so they gave me another room and when i walked into the room, there was an awful smell. When I moved the pillows, I saw small bugs underneath. The awful smell continued to linger so i ended up just leaving the place after being there for 30 minutes even though i booked it for 2 nights. Will not come back again.

They gave us a room full of cigarette smoke even though the description says non smoking room.

The room had a smell when I first walked in. I'm not sure if someone had smoked in the room. I went into the bathroom and there was a roach crawling on the wall. Then another one crawled out so I packed my stuff up and got out of there.

When we entered the room at 2am there were over 20 cockroaches all over the room. Also the toilet bowl was dirty and pet fur all over the bedding.

No one was at the front desk and sat in the lobby for hours after paying for a reservation.

Took 20 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check in. Room was dirty - didn't look like the bed sheets had been cleaned.

The room was littered with dead cockroaches, and throughout our stay, I saw a bunch of live cockroaches traversing all over the room. The water when it initially came out of the faucet, was yellow in color, the fridge had rust, and it was broken, the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and I had to go request one. It seems that this is become more of an apartment for a lot of guest versus an actual hotel for others. The hallways smelled like stale, smoke and grime.
