Upon walking in found a cockroach crawling the wall to welcome me. Laid down to sleep and upon moving pillow found a dead cockroach under it.

The service was good! It’s unfortunate the rooms were a total disaster. To start, I had a reservation booked for a week and last minute hours before check in I get called saying they were going to downgrade my room because they completely booked the queen beds, no change in rate. I get to the room and the TV does not function as a bulb was out so only half the screen displayed. Within one hour of being in the room we found 7 roaches.
