Worst Ever First, I arrived at 10:10pm and the lobby was locked down. Using a phone on the wall and dialing 500, as instructed, I got the reservation, where I waited online about 5 minutes. The person said they would notify the hotel to "come down and get me checked in." While I was waiting another 2 folks arrived. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place was nappy, stinky, dirty, sketchy, noisy, the furnishings were so run down despite saying the building was “redone in August 2020”. The lady at check in was so sweet which was the only pleasant experience. Upon walking into the elevator I was greeted by the stench of marijuana and the sight of an early 2000’s horror film. Overpriced for one night stay. Building was secure. I didn't see any insects. Very few amenities. Furniture was a step above Wal Mart quality.

Never again. No front desk person to check you in. Have to call a number who calls someone else to come down to give you your room key. Hotel is old, dirty and worn out. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair in the sink. “Guests” were yelling in the hallway all night. They were slamming doors and appearing to do their own construction projects after midnight. Pillows were not pillows. Uncomfortable bed. No front desk in the morning to check out. I will never stay here again and neither should you.

I got a room in a floor upstairs, where residents living permanently, which means lots of traffic on the floor, animals in their rooms, disgusting smell, etc. I didn't felt safe the whole time. Luckily I stayed only a night. Not to mention, my room wasn't cleaned properly. One of the worst experiences at a hotel in my life.
