Banging on people door late night next door woke up to drunk lady knocking on people door. I will not come there anymore.

Terrible property unclean I’m pretty sure has bed bugs homeless hanging out right in the parking lot very unsafe

Worst Ever First, I arrived at 10:10pm and the lobby was locked down. Using a phone on the wall and dialing 500, as instructed, I got the reservation, where I waited online about 5 minutes. The person said they would notify the hotel to "come down and get me checked in." While I was waiting another 2 folks arrived. Check in was painless after that, except that the clerk never opened the metal gate at the counter more than an inch, making it difficult to hear her. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this place was nappy, stinky, dirty, sketchy, noisy, the furnishings were so run down despite saying the building was “redone in August 2020”. The lady at check in was so sweet which was the only pleasant experience. Upon walking into the elevator I was greeted by the stench of marijuana and the sight of an early 2000’s horror film. Overpriced for one night stay. Building was secure. I didn't see any insects. Very few amenities. Furniture was a step above Wal Mart quality.
