The person at the front desk was very rude and provided a horrible service. Hotel was disgusting we could not stay because the room was nasty , was full of cockroaches , the smell was unbearable , we left right as soon we walked in the nasty room, the person at the front desk just shouted back that we have to contact the Expedia to get the refund Please let me know how to proceed to get the refund

If you want to be treated rude stay here. The staff was extremely rude and threaten me. This hotel is for recovering drug and alcohol users.

Poor light on hallway, dirty entryway, elevator, no adequate front desk, all guest in little space area, no ice machine, i didn't saw breakfast room. Rooms Food smells, full trash can outside of the hotel.

Don't stay here! It's awful. The room stinks of mold. The halls stink of garlic. It's a day later and I have to wash all my clothes. Just by being in that room the clothes picked up the odor. I would have never stayed in a dump like that but all other places were booked out.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!! Prostitutes and drug activity along with it!!! The people that work there live there too. The elevator only works half the time

This is the worst hotel I ever visited. I could not stay due to the room was terrible, creepy and dirty. The staff very unfriendly and rude, specially the front desk. Since I could not stay at this hotel, they promised will process a full refund for me, which they never did. I called the front desk to follow up on my refund and they hang up on me. I was waiting to move into my new home in Lee County and needed a place to stay for 3 nights. I booked thought expedia! Front desk staff were extremely rude. I wasn't even allowed to stay at this hotel because the so called manager said we were making fun of the staff after asking to split the total due at check in, on 2 different debit cards.
