Checked in on 12/31/21 and was greeted by Kristen Barros. She was absolutely friendly! I arrived a bit early, and she said I'll give you the first available room. I had a cooler with me and wasn't able to check in yet, so she put it in the staff freezer/fridge for me. This is an Extended Stay Hotel, and while there should be plates, silverware, cookware, etc (Like at Extended Stay America), there wasn't. There was not even an ALARM CLOCK, or Coffee pot! Wait time to check baggage in. Came early to airport and now have to wait an hour to check my luggage in! Ugh

The place was infested with Roaches, I never stayed

This property is the worst. Filthy, roaches, smoke, pot, drugs, water leaks in rooms. Staff including GM and maintenance don't care at all I had standing water on my floor the whole week from my AC unit. I had no where else to move or I would have. Worst experience ever lot of drug users staying here total dump

It had all home necessities for long term stay. I liked that. But no working TV.

STARTING WITH THE CHECEKING IT WAS TOO IMPERSONAL THROUGH A METALLIC GRILL AND WE NEVER SEEN THE PERSON WHO WAS RECEIVING US.THE ROOM WAS SO DIRTY, THE ROOM HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED, THE TOILET HAD URINE, THE FLUSH HAD NOT BEEN DONE, SO DIRTY THE TOILET AND THE COCKROACHES WERE WALKING THROUGH THE WALL
