There were no wash cloth in room. Bed was extremely old and uncomfortable and bath tub had stains

Terrible First at all, we arrived after 10pm, the front office was closed already and we had to wait a lot for the front desk to do the check in. The hallways were dirty, like if you were walking outside, we couldn't connected to the Wi-Fi, when I stopped by the front desk to ask for the password the employee told me that I wasn't in the system as a guest, also my room was assigned to someone else while I was out during the day. In a few words...terrible experience

Less comfort than the ER The room is the most basic I have ever seen. 1 metal chair, no coffee maker, no toiletries, not so much as a mirror in the room. Staff was dismissive, no kindness, just short & bothered to be addressed at all.
