Horrible bait and switch! Long story short - NOTHING like the description or pitctures, which the check-in guy acknowledged! No coffee, coffee pot, no ice, no dishes, no silverware, NOTHING, not even shampoo. He told us we could drive down the street to buy what we needed, and "rent plates and silerware from them. We were lucky we had towels. In every case his words were, "some of our others locations have that, but not at this one", then finally said " we are not really a hotel". Seriously? Then what are you? this place had roaches alot of illegal activity going on in that building the staff was very rude to me it was not a safe environment would not recommend this hotel for anybody

No room for me at the in. There was no one at the desk. I had to call to have someone come out. They would not let me check in because I did not have my license. I recently returned from Europe and it was still in my suitcase at home. The person I was sharing the room with was not allowed to take over the reservation. We were not allowed a room. Shockingly horrible, I ended up not staying even though I paid for the room. I checked into my room, found that it had not been made up from the last guest. When I asked to switch to a clean room, the front desk woman told me she wouldn’t because room changes are not allowed! I really thought she was kidding. Then she slammed the roll down door on me and I had to leave to go find another hotel at 10:45 at night. I will be getting a refund and telling the manager all about it.

We found two flukes on the bed, the room was dirty also and found two empty water bottles between the bed and the wall….

I arrived 10.30 pm the attendant was in a horrible mood asked for some soap said they don't have, my room bed was dirty and stinky really bad. I couldn't sleep with the terrible smell of the bed I left a soonest sun came up. I should be compensated for even taking more time to do this review.

Aria was ridiculous. Fire alarm went off and had to wait to get back into room until fire department came out. Room conditions were not good. And didn't know it was a $100 deposit until I got there. I don't like surprises 😨 I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.
