Aria was ridiculous. Fire alarm went off and had to wait to get back into room until fire department came out. Room conditions were not good. And didn't know it was a $100 deposit until I got there. I don't like surprises 😨 I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in! The website said there was a Grab and Go Breakfast. There was none! There was a refrigerator and small kitchenette area. There were no dishes, glassware or silverware. No coffee was available anywhere on the property. We were told we had to pay for fresh towels. We had to go buy towels, a coffeemaker and cooking utensils. The front desk was very rude! We, honestly have never stayed in a place like this!

It was terrible no hot wayer couldnt shower my son nor myself the night we arrived they changed my room the following morning and when we got back from the park i had no hot water in that room either had to wait 2 hours to shower.

Staying in your car is better. We arrived a half hour before check in. No one was at the desk and scruffy man came out and pointed to the check in sign and said “can’t people read”. We came back after 3 and a man behind desk told us we needed a 100.00 deposit. We had already paid for room or would have left because he was rude also. Worst hotel... ever? I wish there was something nice to say about this hotel... but there simply is not. From the room only having what can be described as a barracks style cheap full sized mattress to the complete lack of Extended Stay amenities - kitchen utensils, cookware - literally not a single cup, pot, pan, or fork to be found. When i asked about ice, i was told there was a convenience store nearby. It quite possibly may have been the worst hotel room i have ever encountered. College dorms have more to offer.
