Parking lot was full of trash. Lobby had a strong odor of dogs. Room was not clean. Boogers on the bathroom walls. Pubic hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Floor was sticky in the main room and bathroom. Odors were masked in the hallway and still reeked of smoking and dog urine.

Showed up to find someone lying on the bed in our room, eating. Immediately closed the door, and went to the front desk, where they tried to make out as if there had been a staff meeting in the room and they just hadn't left yet. Was told they'd get it cleaned up and we could go back up in 20 minutes. Came back 45 minutes later to find the person gone, but hair still all over the sheets. It felt like people were living there- wasn't aware there was a kitchenette in the room- the room next door smelled like they were having a fish fry and stunk up the fourth floor. If i had another option or it would have been refundable i would have never walked in.

No service at front desk. Basically no one home. No toilet paper in the room. Everything was worn and tired looking. All most like a homeless shelter. Awful!
Not suited for an overnight stay(which is what we were looking for). It is pretty much long term stays only as far as I could tell. More like an apartment building. Very Noisy. No carpeting in hallways, rooms, anywhere. Guest service desk was in a hallway. I will not be back.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful I was very uncomfortable with the front desk attendant. He made me and the others very uncomfortable he was somewhat stalking us. Asked one of us for our numbers which is very unprofessional and flirting with us every-time he seen one of us alone. There were also stains on the walls hair on the towels and he acted like he couldn’t give us cleaning supplies to clean up! Very rude and disrespectful!
