Larry Mc You pay more and get less. The shower rod was installed incorrectly causing the shower curtain to not be effective. The walls were damaged because of the incorrect installation. I called the front office about it. nothing happens. It shows a with management. Hiring unskilled labor and not doing inspections. The doormats in all rooms are now missing. We frequent Extended Stays because of their full kitchens and their price. So while we understand, you get what you pay for, this place was probably the worst as far as the state of the property. The staff was very pleasant. Check in was great. They went above and beyond to get us in a room early. They fixed an orbitz error, it was great! The room… the door was filthy. We checked in. The neighbors were yelling and throwing things. They took that outside on the balcony. We also had a toilet that leaked water all over the floor. We went down to the front desk for help. The door was locked and no one answered when we called multiple times, so we left. We called corporate, and no one would help us make sure we were checked out or get a refund. They did say someone would call us the next day to help us. No one has called yet. BAD SERVICE. Worst hotel ever Terrible place Front desk attendant was very nice The room in general was very dirty and old There was cockroaches and spiders in the room Never again!!!
