Hotel Stay The room wasn't even what I reserved. I reserved a Queen size single non smoking room. Instead I got a Double full size room. The room smelled like pets and the floor was extremely sticky and dirty. I had to borrow a mop and Mr. Clean to mop the nasty floors myself. When I checked in they told me I could get a new room the following day but when I went to the front office they told me they had no Queen rooms available. I am homeless and if I spend my hard earned money then I deserve the best at what I'm paying for... read more

Well my stay was not that great cuz I had to switch rooms the first time because the TV didn't work I get to my next room and I don't realize to the morning which is now when I'm ready to take a shower. The shower doesn't work I sit in the chair last night in the back of the chair broke and this is the second room that I was in and I drop something on the floor with them to bed it was trash of the little bed so I think they need a little bit of housekeeping and to check the rooms a little better because I spent a lot of mone... read more

They have roaches and the staff is nice enough to move you to another roach infested room then give u a voucher instead of your money back when u leave do to nastiness

Didn’t have the room I paid for available so had to get a handicap room and the bathroom floor stayed wet and you could hear EVERYTHING outside the door ALL NIGHT
