I was moved into 3 different rooms two of those rooms were INFESTED with fleas and the 3rd room toilet overflowed after one use …

Horrible! Be aware! Be aware! Front desk lady asked if we wanted to see the room before she gave us room keys. Front desk stated that once ppl saw the room they canceled. Front desk showed us the room it was horrible! Smelled of smoke and carpet was nasty and dirty. Front desk asked us to call hotels.com to cancel. She was pleased with giving us a refund.

We got put in a room that was already booked. The refund either isnt going through, or its going through slowly.

The rooms were filthy - beds weren't even made. And the non-smoking rooms were so smoky that my throat was so soar when I woke up. And the staff were some of the rudest people I've ever encountered.
