Room smell like piss.

Cancele una noche , reservamos por cuestión de trabajo y tuve que cancelar una noche lo hice como a las 8:00 de la mañana y aún así no retornaron el dinero , eso se llamado robo

Horrible The staff including the manager was very rude ..there were no towels/spoons/forks / pot/pans there is nothing there at all...things were taken out of my room and they don’t know who it was ...I want my money back or some type of compensation for the unnecessary things I’m dealing with and I have no choice because of covid

Mala estancia pésimo servicios La mayor de veces eh reservado ese los hoteles extended stay America !!! pero nunca tuve una experiencia cómo está todo sucio nada limpio toallas con mal olor las 5 noches que estuvimos ahí nunca pasaron a limpiar de echo yo tuve que comprar una escoba para poder hacerlo, ya que había demasiada basura debajo de las camas ,no puede cambiar de hotel Por qué lamentablemente no tenía fondos suficientes para buscar otro , sinceramente no se como pueden rentar ese hotel con tan malas condiciones , nu... read more
Extremely misleading This was the worst hotel I've ever seen. it was creepy scary. Smelled terrible, was trashy and I actual left and went to a different hotel. The pictures on line were definitely not from this hotel. Do not go there. Im by no means a prejudice person but trust me it's not good.
