Just the worse place to stay Omg soon as I pulled into the parking lot it was a party... Loud music and people loitering. It took 20 minutes to check in the receptionist did not know what he was doing. Got to the room I immediately inspect as I always do. The lights didn't work to see. So appeared like clean linen in the dim lighting. The bathroom was horrible, no shower curtain dirty tub and towels were yellow and brown. That was just nasty. Where to begin?! I checked into my hotel that was supposed to be NON SMOKING only to come into a room that reeked of smoke. Disgusting. Then I discovered there were no bath towels or complimentary shampoo in the bathroom. I called the front desk and instead of having them delivered, I was asked to have to come pick them up at the office. These are basic hotel essentials, I shouldn’t have to go back to the office to pick these items up. There were multiple flies in my room and stains on the chairs. I won't do this again. I just needed one night to rest and relax, for my long drive home. The room was not that clean. The location was close to fast food and walmart, but the area itself has gone downhill. The tv did not work, and I was unable to refrigerate my left overs from dinner. I asked to have the issues repaired or be placed in another room. Management would not do either. I complained to Hotels.com afterward, and was told the hotel would issue a certificate for a free night.. which also never happened.

Do not stay here. Terrible experience. Room wasn’t ready. Had to wait outside. Finally got moved to another room. That room reeked of marijuana. The room had no towels in it. We packed up and went elsewhere. Front desk offered no type of solution.

Well the hotel had no towels and wash clothes, the bed didn't match the frame. The recliner had combs sticking out the side, nothing was cleaned in the room. The top of the dresser was dirty. I already had paid for the room 1 day before arriving then i get there for her to tell me they sold my room. The hotel has falling off so much. Want be going there anymore. It's like a hood hotel. Don't waste your time.

Not worth the price Room had roaches, no toilet paper, no towels

Housekeeper didn't take care room. No towels, soap, shampoo, etc. And laundry room.. my all white clothes were stolen. I'm not very happy.
