Ii made a reservation an the lady at the desk was rude because she had other customers there.she couldnt find the reservations an out me to the side an when i Asked her had my room came up yet she said no an couldnt give me a room without a reservation.after i waited for an hiour i left

Property was nasty dirty and people hanging in parking lot

Bri the young lady at the front desk was the only pleasant park of this stay.

Rude receptionist took great pleaseure in telling us there was no reservations for us and that they dont take cash paymebt. Expedia supposedly booked them for us. Big fail

booked the hotel and no rooms were available. Was told I would have to pay more for a different room or I could make reservations elsewhere

I walked in my room and walked right out. The room I requested when I booked was “not available” even though I selected it when booking. They gave me a different room and it was so dirty. It literally looked like there was feces on the bathroom floor and there were items in the trash. I left immediately and found another place to stay. Will never go back.
