Guests did not respect others, making noise all night, smoking and drinking on the halls and stairs at all times, not clean at all. No excuses.

Only lights that work in the room where the bathroom and kitchen lights. They could not wash linen

Wouldn’t stay again First room the ac was broken and the bed was too. The second room smelled old and smokey.

The bait was made up the room was done but it had a smell in it the rug was dirty they had no coffee pot in their the lamps were broken very dimly lit they act like they didn't know I was coming I wanted to give me a different setup than other than what I ordered who's not too good of experience

While the sheets and towels had been changed, the sink was dirty, the frig had old food, THE microwave had food in it; AND the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. Outside? empty beer bottles everywhere and if you get on the back side...you are about 30-40 yards from the highway. And the "free" internet? Due to a stupid code the front desk person generated and then could not fix ... it never worked!

Unsafe I tried to cancel after reaching the location immediately, but hotels.com phone system was not working. I was stuck staying in a location where I felt unsafe, noisy due the go carts of a neighboring business and unsavory guests loitering about.
