Don't stay here. Had to phone in for check in. Cold outside waiting for someone to open the door. Made me extra cautious of the area. Carpet in room completely torn up. Pillows uncomfortable. Mattress was decent. Staff didn't make you feel welcomed at all.

We arrived there at 2:45 pm and we were told that the room was not ready (check in was at 3pm) so we waited a little, then we were given the key cards but when we got to the room it looked like no one had done any cleaning! We went back to front desk but the attendant did not believe us and went to check for herself! She came back and confirmed that the room had not been cleaned! She left for about 30 minutes and came back to give us a different room. We tried to use the shower but there was no hot water, the front desk told... read more

No employees on site, NO HOT WATER How do you run a hotel with no one on site and the phone on the outside of the building rings to no where? We checked in at 4pm. and immediately left to meet friends for dinner. Thank goodness we did because when we got back to the hotel at 10:30 no one was there.7:00 am we get up to shower and no hot water. Go to the front desk and no one there. HORRIBLE Terrible stay it was dirty there were white stains on mirror drawers were disgusting room was in terrible shape do not stay here!

The staff was outstanding! Everyone we dealt with was kind, patient and extremely helpful. The floors in our room were not very clean. The overall condition of the room was good. We were very surprised there wasn't an ice machine on the property, and could have used one. Also, would like to suggest that a second chair is provided in each room, or somehow made available for those who need it..
