I had to stand out in the rain to get into the lobby because it was “after hours.” It was almost midnight, to be fair, but standing in the rain, having the operator transfer to someone on site while I was getting rained on was frustrating. And no elevator. But, it was also the cheapest stay in the area, so that’s the payoff

Indiana Football Tournament Enjoy this location better than Chicago. Did not like having to pay for dishes. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall I liked the layout of the room and the front desk staff.

Nobody at front or answered phone at checkout. Had some issues with room i wanted to inform them of. But a good stay.
Shoneice was great at the front desk. We had great conversation. Room was clean and very accomodating.
