This experience was a completely scam. Was awful. We had a reservation, we drove 7 hours to the hotel, arriving at 11pm and we went to the check in they didn’t even have our reservation. They didn’t have any rooms left, even tho we already PAID. They couldn’t even found us a hotel, so we had drove back home at 12am !!!!!! This was unacceptable. Awful service. Won’t ever use this website. Hope you readers don’t either. Don’t waist your time and money. Awful service. Awful. Horrible.

I should have turned around and gotten back in my car when I saw the entrance to the hotel. The entrance of the lobby was also dirty. The lady at the front claimed it was non-smoking but everything reeked of smoke. She couldn’t find our reservation and wanted to charge me another $108 for early check in , it was 1:00am I had called ahead and said we were checking in late. Don't choose this place We reserved a room with a Kitchen so We could cook on web it says to ask front desk for your dishes. When I asked they informed Me that they had none available. So NO supper for Us. Next Morning went to see if anyone checked out and left dishes nope after Noon we finally received some dishes what a joke 1 large plate 3 cup saucers 2 coffee cups 2 juice glasses 1Pot 1 Fry pan 3forks and 3 knives. how do you flip an egg with a fork. Overbooked They had 2 empty rooms but overbooked. Hotels.com uses 3rd party reservation system so major lack of communication. Didnt get to stay there, still fighting to get my money back

Had a confirmed reservation, when I arrived was told that their was no rooms after driving 12 hours.

They gave us a room that wasn’t clean and then could find another room. The gentleman was nice but I just hope I get my refund he said he put in. Lack of communication going on.

This hotel smelled so bad!!!! Smoke, food, unidentifiable smells....I had to call multiple times because somebody was constantly smoking inside the hotel. There were smokers everywhere outside the hotel. The hallways smelled like old food. And the lobby and the elevator were stinky. The floors in my room were sticky...literally, my shoes stuck to the floor. No ice or ice machine. Their was one nice positive- the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They tried to help as best they could.

Horrible, dirty, smoke smell, bath tub dirty and rusted, that hotel needs to be re built
