Staff are Very SLOW Yeah so this has to be the most unorganized staff in America. Literally took them 35 mins to get me checked in. The first room they gave me hadn’t even been cleaned or anything so had to take all my stuff back to front desk an get another room. Second room was clean but I literally checked out at 8 o’clock at night because of the loud kids across the hallway. Will never stay here again the staff are incompetent.

You get what you pay for I booked the hotel for 5 nights but only stayed for 1 and that was too many. The first room I was assigned was not cleaned at all. The second room at least had linens on the bed (which I did not dare get under) but the floor needed vacuumed and the bathroom was not clean. For being a smoke-free hotel, there was a heavy pot smell throughout. I burned a candle all night to attempt to cover the smell. It’s pet friendly I had to clean the bathroom before I could use it and it was infested with fleas they ate me and my daughter up

Go round in circles I did not like that I had to checkout of the room that I was in at 11am on Saturday due to me being in a room with two beds (I had booked a room with 1 bed) & then had to come back at 3pm on Saturday just to be given the same type of room (room with two beds instead of 1 bed). don’t go to extended stay America It was the worst experience in my life I would rather stay at a homeless shelter before I would ever return to or recommend extended stay America
