The rooms are ok but my co worker was sleeping in The sofa bed and woke up at 2 am and saw a guy standing next to the bed stilling his money from his wallet, he scream at him and he ran away This has to be someone working there that is able to program the key cards. I was at the bed an luckly he only took $70 and no one got hurt, but is scary that this is happening.

This was probably the worse hotel I ever stayed in. I had to Chang rooms 3 times and one of the rooms was so dirty my son started having an allergic reaction. The lady working was very nice and really tried to accommodate us.

Weird room and rude staff We reserved a deluxe room but when we arrived at 5 pm there was none available and the clerk was quite rude in saying that we could leave if we wanted to and that she could not get us one for the next night. The room configuration was wierd with the 2 double beds facing each other. You could only access one side of each bed due to the dresser with the TV between the beds. HORRIBLE CONDITIONS This was the WORST experience ever. The building is very old and in horrible conditions. Outside the building in the neighborhood there were police every where and we found out that it was the 2nd shooting of the day across the street from the hotel. The room was utterly gross! I was about to vomit. The kitchen was so dirty and worn down. The carpet had so many soiled area's that I need to bleach my shoes from literally walking in it! Checkin in was quick and front desk staff was polite. Asked staff to show us the room before hand because there was mixed reviews. The room looked okay but when i woke up the next morning there was a bug in my bed. Hotel states free breakfast, but breakfast is grab and go. I.E. coffee and muffins and granola bars. Bathroom needs a deep clean.

The room was dirty, no drawers on the dresser, and there were roaches in the room.

Disappointed The room was basically bare. There was no blanket, no toiletries, no towels and no dishes. When the front desk was asked about the items they stated there were none available. Breakfast is noted as included but on the second day there was nothing.
