When I arrived at the place the front desk clerk told me that they don't have my room so she is was going to give another one upgraded without any cost to me. The room disappointed me because of looks liked an old room. There was to much noise on the second floor. I asked the front desk to canceled my stay but she walks away into the elevator and ignores me completely. So, I had to stay because I already had paid for the room. I tried to get access to Orbitz but I couldn't either online or by telephone.

Nasty room!!! Well first i would like to say that the bed was clearly not clean linen, there was hair all in the bed when i pulled back the covers. Also, the room had no wash clothes so when i went to the front desk to ask for them the housekeeper got nasty with me. Will never book here again!!!
