IT WAS A DUMP That was my worst experience in a hotel. I was traveling by car and I wanted a place to crash for few hours and try to go cheap but I paid for it in a different way. VERY dirty place not worth it at all

The room was dirty, during a pandemic their cleaning standards should be raised. There was no running hot water, i stayed for 1 night and took a shower before bed and one before I left and the water was cold. Also the rooms are very noisy and i could not rest due to the sound, customer service is terrible. I could not even place a proper complain upon check-out as the front desk was empty. I would not recommend anyone stay the night here. Not even if it was free.

Our room was infested with fleas. The staff were great the room was not

Exhausted and disappointed When we arrived our reservation couldn’t be found. Although the woman in the front tried her best and about an hour later once reservation found the room we reserved was not. The cleanliness was nonexistent and at 3am I had to remain on the road with a car full of exhausted children.
