Place smelled like marijuana all the time, people walking around all night ,very loud, had bugs in my room, staff didn't really care. I will not be staying at another wood spring suites again. no amenities.

Very dissatisfied Room has cockroaches crawling everywhere floors bathrooms and walls picture and video record it too prove . When we ask to move to a different room we were told we have to wait until 8 am it is not acceptable to sleep in a room with cockroaches crawling while light are on and people are around moving , it shows building has a infestation issue.

Bugs and Mugging Stay away at al costs. We arrived late and gave the hotel notice we would be in town late. Upon arrival there was no one at the desk and it took nearly an hour for someone to arrive after we called them. When they arrived they said our room hadn’t been cleaned yet (note it was nearly midnight when we arrived) so he took us to different room. This place is ghetto! We went to check in at 1030p and had to call womeone to check us in. Then she only opened 5he qindow enpught to slip the papers out. We went up stairs to our room and when we opened the door, and turned on the light roaches scattered everyhwere. We saw abput 15 roaches that we counted. Luckily we left our stuff in the car to inspect the room. We immedietly left our jets on the rv and left we didnt stay there. We went to the comfort inn airport and it qss great! Save your money do not stay here!

It is very bare bone, more like a dorm room than a suite. I had to clean red sauce spatter over the sink and on the refrigerator. Dusted the tv. The floor is really filthy and cannot have been mopped in a while. I killed a German roach in the bathroon. I chose it for proximity to the zoo but would not stay again.

Absolutely disgusting! This place was infested with roaches from top to bottom!! They need to take this place off the market. Expedia as a company should not even sponsor this hotel! Absolutely terrible and inhuman conditions!!!!

I traveled from out of town they gave my room away i had to find another hotel at 1am i would never book a room from them again
