Filthy Roaches roaches nasty

I wouldn’t stay here again My recent stay at the Extended Stay America Jacksonville - on Salisbury Road was extremely unsatisfactory. My only compliment is the front desk staff which were very nice but otherwise my stay wasn’t that pleasant. Once I got to my room the room smelt so strongly of cigarette odor. I noticed dirt and debris on the carpet and there was puddles of dried up liquid on the kitchen floor which was extremely sticky. Spilt some water on the floor and used a white towel to dry it up.....the towel was black. Floor had not been mopped in a very long tine. Complained to the front desk. They were very nice took pictures and said they would talk to the manager. Followed up several times, was finally told they couldn’t adjust our bill but would email a certificate for a free night. Well....you guessed it.....they never did.

This place is GARBAGE So, I arrived around 6:30pm on a Friday night. You know what...obviously not to early to have a pot smoking party outside the hotel and no one give a crap. We check in the this pathetic piece of a hotel and go to our rooms. OMG, all 3 stunk so bad. We told the front desk...they were nice enough to give us a bottle of febreeze. Well, they was swell. I was charges a $25 early check in fee The first room they put me in all the draws and cabinets were open and the room had a really bad smell and there was water still sitting in the bottom of the tub

Say what It wasn’t what I expected. I had to pay a different price from what I was given whn I booked the rooms. The pool water was green!

Not what we expected When I got there to pay for the room the price was higher than wht I booked it for. 1 room had a used needle in the trash can. The hallway was dirty. We had no rags Andre they got mad when I asked for rags. The toilet was stoped up the lady at the front desk was rude when I called for a plunger and rags. The pool was not functional the water was green. The sheets on the bed had blood on it and the blanket was dirty. The trash room has the hallway smelling sour. No shampoo Fridge door had what looked like caken on Coca Cola. Carpets are old Bed and linen were ok.
