Worse experience every there are roaches everywhere in my son hair from in that room I didn’t get room key restroom flooded I need a full refund or complementary stay at 5star hotel I have video and pictures of this nasty place they need to be closed for good

Seen to many roaches and nats in my room

Our stay in this hotel was awful, first the card reader to open the door didn’t work we went to front desk and get a new one and the lady said “omg i thought they already fix it” then we enter to the room and all the appliances were dirty there was bugs everywhere and in the shower and 2 dead bugs under my pillow!!! The tv didn’t work either and the sheet has all stains. I would not recommend this hotel at all. DO NOT GO THERE

This property was horrible it had roaches and I was told I’d get a refund in a few days after my stay which of course did not happen
