This place has roaches and no 24 hour front desk service so you can’t even report this to anyone to get a new room or refund!

Property was dirty, and and kept up wore out. Things were worn out towels were stained front of the refrigerator was rusted and filthy. Elevator door didn’t work. It would go back-and-forth three or four times before it would finally shut and stay shut. Noisy and people hanging out in the hallway Hallway

Gross and dirty. Room has cockroaches and bugs crawling out of drains and the AC unit. Kitchenette vent and elements were very dirty. bedding had stains. You get a sheet to cover up with. Wood looks like animals had chewed it.

The worst hotel, I made a prepaid reservation but they declined for my check in because I made the reservation with expedia

Your stealing my money This is awful, I need to be refunded, I purchased the room through hotels.com with afterpay, after purchasing the hotel called and told me they were fully booked and I had no room available, this is insane, they wouldn’t refund my money, I need a refund NOW!

No smoking room had the smell of stale smoke that irritated my throat and sinuses. Felt like I was less than safe, somewhat isolated without transportation. Biggest issue is that I had to cut short my stay and there was no one available to cancel the remainder of the stay and ensure a refund of my overpayment. Even during front desk hours, I was unable to reach someone at the desk.
