Digusting The hotel was not clean, smelled like marijuana, our room was not ready at check-in time (3 PM) and we were told that we could leave for the event we were in town for at 5 PM (room still not ready) and come back to check-in afterwards. I wish I could leave more than one star, but I can’t. Friday I was in town with a friend for the Morgan Wallen concert. We went to check in at 3 on Friday and were told rooms still weren’t ready and wouldn’t be for another 30-45 minutes. We were okay with that, we just asked if we could check in after the concert and the guy at the front desk said we could with no problems. Serious Management Issues We had a reservation several weeks in advance. When we arrived on Friday, August 2nd at 3:00 p.m., we were told that the cleaning staff had just showed up so no rooms were ready and it would be several hours and they would not check us in until the rooms were ready.
