THANKFULLY OVER BOOKED- the hotel was GROSS! We went to check in at 8:00 p.m. and there was nobody at the desk, just a note that said SOLD OUT they were overbooked and pre-paid reservations will be refunded. What we did see in the lobby/front desk the hotel is not clean, bugs on the floor and men standing outside eyeing our vehicle.

I arrived early at 1:45 pm I talked to reception and I was told to wait until check in time at 3pm. Understandable. I waited until 4 outside with my 4 children. I went back inside at 4 and I was told to still wait as rooms were not clean. I waited until 5:15pm and I was getting upset til the guy in reception informed me that third parties overbooked and there was no rooms. 😡after all the wait.
