Used one set of towels for two days. When I asked for fresh set the response was "What are wrong with those". Water spraying in floor from a make-shift repair on shower nozzle. Tried checking out a day early 48 hours in advance. To this day still no resolution.

We showed up for checkin and the attendant disparaged Travelocity. Next he said the two bed rooms we had RESERVED were not available. He then charged us MORE For the rooms we had reserved saying Travelocity was unreliable. TERRIBLE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE that we got charged MORE FOR. UNSATISFACTORY

There was no substantial breakfast bar, room and furniture warn out and old. For the money, it was terrible! Expected a lot more!

With a kitchen unit I would have thought there would be a coffee maker in the room or available in lobby…neither was available. Also the mattress was rock solid.
