Disgusting!! Disgusting!! Rooms smelled awful. Smelled like weed and cigarettes smoke inside!! Trash left under stairwells and smelled nasty. Secured doors left open with rugs and shoes. Beds horribly uncomfortable and rooms smelled like fried fish. We left as soon as the sun came up. We were going to leave last night but all hotels were booked. I almost left to sleep in my car.

If you want the front desk staff to threaten to assault you for telling them you understand spanish, and if they are going to use racial epithets, to have the courage to say them in English. These people told me to wait 15-20 min while they did a shift change at 4pm -- 1hr after check-in -- even though i told them my significant other had crohns and needed to get to a bed and relax to avoid an ER visit. Property wasn’t clean, smelled like cigarettes in hallways, just an overall unsatisfied stay.. never experienced a wood spring suites as this one & I’ve been to a few around florida

I did not like the fact that there was bugs (cockroaches) and they blow me away with no-one comes to spray the room. Kids run up and down the halls. use the phone to get some TP and was states that this was not a emergency. the kitchen area was greasy and nothing to clean it with. No soap in the bathroom to clean hands or body. One towel for 8 days.

This is BY FAR THE WORST “Hotel” I’ve ever stayed in. Ever! Filthy, dirty, smelly and loud. Dogs everywhere, urine in elevator and in hallway. Room bare and unclean. 1 cart for luggage, was not available for us. Old and beat up walls, doors, floors etc. DON’T STAY HERE!!!

The bed was very cheap and very clunky. The toilet ran all night and no one came to fix it. Very small a cheap room for the money it cost. Way over priced for conditions. Lots of unsavory characters running around.

This is long term stay, apartment type hotel. No service what so ever. Not worth the price at all…
