Disgusting! Arrived at roughly 5pm to “newly remodeled” room that looks like mid 90’s at best. How are there ZERO USB ports? So I’m had to Uber to get a charger (I drive a big truck so that was my option) then I try to watch TV only to have the volume randomly go up and down on its own. Then the best part, After I get to sleep I wake up four hours later to three bugs in my bed! So now completely grossed out I sit here waiting to be able to leave. worse service and dirty hotel, super smelly rooms and hallways and other guests hairy sheets , worse hotel I ever stay, just I stay one night because my check in was at 12:30 am my booking was two nights my first review in 20 years.

It was nice to have a stove and refrigerator in the room. But there was no service. There was one cart to bring our suitcases to and from the room, but it was never available when we needed it. The sheets were dirty when we got into the room and we had to bring our sheets and towels downstairs in order to get clean linen. No one was available after hours to answer the phone downstairs. I guess this is because of Corona that the staff was light. We cut our stay short.

Staff was nice . Room didnt seem to be clean . Floor didnt even look swept . Sheets smelled. Room smelled. Bathroon didnt look or smell clean . Too much sketchy people . Stair case smelled like urine .

Elevator rug had feces, smelled horrible. Beds are not secured so they are noise and move around all night. In the morning, we found cockroaches running across the sticky damp floor. We checked in at 2am and had to run out by 8am. HORRIBLE experience. Front desk (non existent) came down after 15 minute wait, was rude to my husband and had nothing to say when confronted with complaints above. STAY AWAY.
